So what is a doula and how can I help you??
Doulas provide educational, emotional and physical support, throughout your pregnancy birth and postpartum.
Doulas do not conduct medical assessments or tests(cervical checks, BP monitoring etc), nor do they replace a medical professional, if you choose to have one.
Below you can find my one off doula services, including pregnancy massage and myotherapy, and what is included can be included in my packages
Doula Support Offerings:
10% discount if you choose to add another offering after your initial service.
EG: you booked an hour of power, then decide you want a birth planning session, the birth planning session will be discounted.
Add on an in person service like postpartum care or massage services onto a package and get a discounted rate!
Birth Planning Session- $200
‘You can’t plan a birth’ you’re right. Birth is unpredictable. But you can take charge of your birth, no matter what it throws at you. Planning allows you to tease out the important info so you are able to make truly informed decisions in the moment.
Can be face to face or virtual.
Postpartum Planning Session - $200
Postpartum is forever - so why don’t we spend the time planning for it like we would our birth?
Take the time before bub arrives, to take the mental load off your plate so once they are here, you can focus on more important things.
Includes the Postpartum Planner (check it out in my shop!)
Can be face to face or virtual.
Hour of Power - $100
Up to an hour, a call for whatever you feel you need to discuss!
These can be things like:
We can discuss and dismantle fears you may have
Help understand what pain management options may feel good to you.
Make sure you have everything covered in your birth plan.
Guide through any curveballs pregnancy may throw your way.
Can be face to face or virtual.
Includes resources if applicable and 1 week of follow up email/text
Birth Debrief - $150
No matter how your birth experience unfolded, having a conversation with someone can be incredibly helpful in processing and reflecting on it.
This is a chance for you to share your birth story, address any lingering questions, and gain clarity on your unique journey.
Can be virtual or face to face.
In Home Bodywork - $160
In person only
$100 to add extra session to any package. 60 Minutes
Whether you need to reconnect with your body and baby, or need help managing pelvic girdle pain, bodywork can help manage aches and pains.
I am a clinical myotherapist specialising in helping those within the perinatal period, with over 13 years of experience in the field, you are in safe hands with me.
Available for within 30 mins of Pakenham, sessions can be paired with postpartum care session. Send me an enquiry to make a booking.
Postpartum Care Session - $200
In person only.
$100 to add session to a package
Mothering the mother.
Let me look after your while you look after your baby. I can make food, tidy up or look after older kids while you bond with babe.
I can assist you with breathwork, and gentle movement exercises. Or answer any questions you may have about caring for and feeding a new born and yourself!
Your session is yours to decide what you NEED in the sacred postpartum time.
Available for within 30 mins of Pakenham, sessions can be bundled with body work. Send me an enquiry to make a booking.

Assist in taking photos (I am not a photographer by any means - but can snap a few pics on your phone).
C-section birth support if required.
Postpartum Care
Light house duties, cooking/Cleaning
Education on looking after a new born
Looking after bub while you rest/shower
Assistance in feeding - whatever you choose.
Exercise prescription.
Postpartum massage.
Taking older siblings while you bond with the baby.
Help you navigate your new life with an extra family member.
Discussing expectations postpartum and matrescence.
